Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders on weekends/public holidays processed next business day.

We ship via Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, India Post, or other trusted partners.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs depend on weight and destination. Prepaid orders may qualify for promotional free shipping as advertised. COD orders may incur COD charges.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days

Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen events.

You will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp once shipped.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Confirm address and phone at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. Returned orders due to wrong/ incomplete address or repeated delivery failure will incur reshipment charges.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
